CEO, Briana Hector, and COO, Melissa Cote, opened Dreaming Out Loud, LLC in February 2022. Dreaming Out Loud, LLC was founded with the purpose of providing exceptional evidence-based behavioral services to children and teens who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other special needs. Our services are based on the principles of behavior analysis and some of the principles that we utilize include: Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Discrete Trial Training (DTT), and Functional Communication Training (FCT). In addition, we also focus on assisting our families with social skills and independent living skills. We serve children and teens from the ages of 2-16 and our main priority is to provide our families with quality, unique, and individualized services. Here at Dreaming Out Loud, LLC, we emphasize a collaborative approach and our goal is to assist our families in ensuring that each child succeeds and reaches their highest potential. We accept a variety of insurances such as Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Plan of Nevada, Sierra Health, Aetna, Molina, private pay, etc.

Additionally, we offer various career paths for our staff, which include: Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Lead Registered Behavior Technicians (Lead RBTs), Program Managers (PMs Level 1-3), and Clinical Supervisors (BCaBAs/BCBAs) to name a few. Our main priority is to make sure that our staff feel well supported and are receiving ongoing training throughout their employment here at Dreaming Out Loud, LLC. Communication and collaboration is vital within our company, as we focus on a team approach when working with one another and especially with our families. Most importantly, we strive to provide a fun, safe, and interactive work environment for everyone.
